With a deep understanding of design, materials, and construction collaboration, she has built her career on helping builders bring their visions to life—one home at a time.

As a key member of MG Brick and Stone, Shahara works closely with builders to select the perfect brick and stone combinations that enhance each project's beauty and craftsmanship. She is also helping grow the MG Brick & Stone brand by bringing a vast selection of brick and stone samples into the Boshka Lighting & Electric showroom—making it easier than ever for builders and homeowners to shop locally and find everything they need in one place.

Her industry knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to client relationships have made her a valued resource throughout the DFW building community. Shahara's passion for promoting homeownership and creating spaces that families are proud to call home is at the heart of everything she does.

Her commitment to empowering women in the building industry also led her to co-found BuildHERS, an organization dedicated to supporting and advancing women in all areas of the building profession. Through mentorship, education, and collaboration, BuildHERS continues to strengthen the role of women across construction and design.

When she's not working, Shahara enjoys watching her son, Westen, play football for the Aledo Bearcats, catching live music with her oldest son, Trace, and keeping up with their beloved dog, Tank.
